What is Recovery & Wellness?

Recovery is to make changes. It  is a process of changing  from a place of being unbalanced, diseased or damaged, to a place that moves forward. Acceptance, awareness, and willingness are key components of recovery.

Wellness is a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being. Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful life.cirle

RecoveryWellness involves the restoration/healing  as a whole where the person is able to lead a normal fulfilling existence without being overwhelmed.
